Since 1994 we have focused our building efforts to building rental property on land holdings that we have acquired over the last 25 years of developing in the Round Rock and Pflugerville area. Ridge Hill Investments, Inc. has 2 full time employees, Steve & Carol Hickerson, and 6 part time employees. We currently build around 10 to 15 rental units per year, which are added to family holdings. We manage over 120 properties, which are held by family partnerships, trusts, or corporations.
